Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation:

• a week prior there will be no charge
• within 7 days the amount of 20% would be charged to your credit card
• the day before the reserved date 50% of total amount will be charged
• the day of reservation 100 % of the total amount will be charged

CHECK IN: before 14h00 or after 17h00 (closed 14h00 to 17h00) Arrival time: This information is very important for our reception, as we are not available 24h. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time ASAP.
